When we experience the death of someone close to us, it is natural and normal to grieve our loss. Grief lasts longer than most people expect, and we may need support beyond what family or friends can provide. McLean Hospice can provide this support through our Bereavement Program. Everyone's journey with grief is unique but the support of others who walk a similar path can be a beacon of light in the darkest of days.
Bereavement Care at McLean includes educational mailings, telephone calls and support groups. Bereavement services may provide the opportunity to find the grief education, compassion and support needed during times of loss.
An annual memorial event to honor loved ones we've lost is held in November and is open to the community.
